Pioneered an immediate digital pivot within 8 weeks. Designed and executed a strategic architecture that shifted a traditional dental field engagement model into a fully functioning virtual ecosystem — including remote detailing, digital KOL education programmes, virtual sampling workflows, and CRM-tracked professional outreach. The model maintained the personal relationships that drive recommendation while operating entirely remotely.

The Challenge

A high-stakes professional oral-health product needed to launch simultaneously across multiple markets, but the internal organisation required to support it — field teams, operational infrastructure, go-to-market processes — did not yet exist. The commercial architecture had to be built in parallel with the launch itself.

The Solution

Bridged the gap between medical-device positioning and rapid commercial rollout in the dental professional channel. Designed the go-to-market strategy, built the organisational structure, recruited and trained a specialist field team, and ran launch execution across multiple European markets - all within 12 months.

Built a 50+ person commercial organisation from scratch and executed a product launch recognised globally as the highest-rated by the parent company’s Global Business Unit. The launch became a reference case for professional dental product commercialisation and established the organisational blueprint used for subsequent market entries.

The Challenge

A well-established multi-clinician dental practice had strong clinical capability but lacked a structured commercial strategy. Marketing was reactive, performance data was underutilised, and there was no clear framework connecting clinical excellence to practice growth. Designed and established a formal KOL Advisory Board, identifying and recruiting senior dental professionals and academic leaders with influence across periodontology, public health, and clinical practice. Authored the inaugural evidence-based discussion paper examining UK oral health outcomes, providing the advisory board with a substantive agenda grounded in national data. Structured the advisory board’s governance, meeting cadence, and output framework to ensure sustained engagement and tangible deliverables.
