Razi Hyder

25+ Years Leading Healthcare Commercial Strategy

With more than 25 years of experience in oral-health commercial leadership, I’ve led strategy, professional engagement, commercial excellence, and capability building for some of the world’s leading brands — including Oral-B (P&G), Philips Oral Healthcare, and Suri.
As European Oral Health Lead at P&G, I was responsible for commercial strategy across 30+ markets, leading a team of 400+ professionals and building the systems that drove sustained double-digit growth in the dental professional channel. I’ve since applied that same rigour to challenger brands and dental organisations, helping them build the strategic clarity, professional influence, and commercial capability needed to compete and grow.
Today, through Dream Strategies, I work with oral-health brands, dental practice groups, DSOs, and MedTech innovators who need senior commercial thinking without the overhead of a full-time hire. Whether it’s designing a go-to-market strategy, building a KOL advisory board, or transforming a practice’s commercial performance, I bring the perspective of someone who has sat in the chair, made the decisions, and delivered the results.
